Kindly choose your shipping address carefully. Parcels that cannot be delivered may be destroyed in the destination country and are not eligible for a refund.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Express Shipping
Our fastest and fully tracked shipping option. We work with trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
- Estimated delivery: 4–28 days
- Most orders arrive within approximately 2 weeks
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping to selected destinations. This is the most economical shipping method.
- Estimated delivery: 14–30 days
- Tracking may not be available for the whole journey

For orders below €250 or for other countries, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Lula Bridal is not responsible for these fees.
Non-Physical Addresses
Delivery to addresses such as PO Boxes, parcel lockers, APO/FPO/DPO, forwarding warehouses, or virtual addresses may not always be possible.
If delivery to your selected address is not available, your order may be shipped to your billing address instead.
Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing & Production Time
All gowns are handcrafted and made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed.
- Estimated processing time: up to 15 working days
- Official production timeframe: up to 8 weeks
Production times may vary depending on customization, demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly.
