Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

Please make sure your address and name is correct and eligible for the delivery. Not all companies can delivery into PO Box as Post Office doesn't give couriers access so please consider carefully what shipping address you use. Undelivered parcels may be destroyed at destination country and are not eligible for refunds.

We ship worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more.

Shipping Options

You can chose different types of shipping during check out. We offer Free Shipping and Express Shipping options.

Timeline below is general to include timeframe for all destinations we ship to. Once your order is completed and ready to ship out, we will email you a confirmation and tracking number with updated delivery information

 

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is fastest available tracked shipping to your destination. Estimated delivery is from 4 days to 28 days depending on destination with most of the parcels arriving within two weeks. 

You can choose your Express Shipping option during checkout and we offer several options depending on destination with the fastest option (DHL, UPS, Fedex IP etc.).
For example “Express shipping via DHL” is fastest option with shipping preferred via DHL but could be dispatched with different courier to be delivered to you as fast as possible. 

Free Shipping

We’re happy to offer Free Shipping into all destinations listed below. This is the most economical available shipping option chosen by us and products are expected to arrive within 14 days to 45 days of shipment depending on destination. Some of the Free Shipping Options are not possible to track and we are not able to give you estimated arrival date.

We do not offer Free Shipping on Final Sales.

We offer Free International Shipping into following destinations:
  • Australasia - Australia, New Zealand
  • Europe - Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom 
  • North America - United States, Canada

We also offer Free Express Shipping into the same countries on orders above $1000 NZD (approx. $630 USD - based on current exchange rates).  

If you wish to order from different country your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. If you cannot finish your purchase because we do not deliver to your destination, please get in touch with us for a shipping estimate.  


Import duties

We are sending all of the packages with paperwork completed and there should not be any additional charges in countries listed for free shipping. However, international orders may incur taxes or import duties like VAT. These are incurred once the package reaches the destination country and any incurred charges will be the customer’s responsibility and Lula Bridal isn’t responsible for these charges. 


When will I receive my order?

Estimated Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time 

 

Processing & Manufacture times

All of our gowns are handcrafted, made to order and can be customized or altered according to your requests. Production begins after the order is confirmed in one of our salon providers in China. We are partnering only with few proven, established and tested tailors.

Once you place an order, it will take us some time to process and make the requested items before the order ships out to you.  All our dresses are made to order uniquely for each customer. The standard sizes are made to order as well, therefore we highly recommend ordering in custom size. 

Processing time is 2-6 weeks.

We are aiming to ship your order under 15 working days - however this timeframe is only an estimate and actual time needed to make your dress depends on many factors, including any custom alterations. Please note that we don’t fullfil any orders on holidays or weekends. 

We reserve the right to prolong this timeframe to actual time needed to make your dress, which may means longer manufacture times in unpredicted situations such as pandemic lockdowns or delays at our tailor team locations. Processing time is also prolonged during Chinese Holidays - New Year, the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year), the Qingming Festival, Labor Day, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day.  

In the case of any significant delays for other than reasons above, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout. 

 

What if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Once you place an order, it will take us some time to process it and make the requested items before the order ships out to you. 

1. Check your order summary page - You can find your order details there, see if your order has been dispatched already.

2. Track the order online - Once your order is completed and ships out, we will email you a confirmation and tracking number with updated delivery information. You can track your order here.

How can I track my order package?

You’ll receive an email notification from us once your order has been finished and is ready to be shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.

If for some reason you haven’t gotten your order shipping details in more than 30 business days, please contact us at info@lulabridal.com. We’ll look into it for you!


Returns and refunds policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returned items must be in brand-new condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as custom size, customized dresses, colors or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
