I had the best experience with Lula Bridal, the team are kind and caring. I did custom measurements and followed the instructions on their site to a T and was not disappointed. The dress comes in very small packaging and I was shocked at how little customs I paid for this ordering all the way from Cape Town, South Africa! It also came inside out, so as soon as I unraveled it I was completely and utterly mesmerised! It’s everything I wanted and worth every penny. Will use Lula for any important events going forward and will recommend them to everyone!

Beautiful veil, arrived quickly, but wrong tone for my dress. It’s too pale/ has a little bit of a blue undertone… will order again for the right tone

I’ve ordered this item 3 times… first time it got lost in transit and i received a refund after a 3 or so months of wait time. The store was good for communicating. The second time, it arrived quickly (in 2 weeks) and the product was beautiful but i realised that i had been ordering the wrong colour - it was too white and had a cold undertone whereas my dress is slightly warm in hue… hence the third order. As they say, third time’s the charm and i got exactly what i wanted. I couldn’t be more happy with this veil! The colour matches my dress to perfection. The material is stunning and flows freely (i was afraid that it would be stiff). Highly recommend this product! (fyi - the 3rd order also arrived within 2 weeks or so)
